What is an abuse of a listing? An abuse of a listing is when the professional “selects” keywords, tags and categories of insurance and insurance services they do not offer.

Instead, they abuse the search functionalty by simply adding keywords, tags and categories to their listing to “be found.” And, in doing so have, wasted your time and possibly caused frustration.

Wasting time and causing frustration is NOT what we want your experience to be.

We are fully aware that “other” search “entities” sell keywords, to Professionals and others as a means of income. We get it.

Our experience has shown us that trying to find something on the internet and getting “lost” and wasting time is not an experience we want for you.

Why should you let us know? The reason is that we will, according to the terms of use, contact the Professional and require they remove the keyword, tag or category from their profile so others, like you, do not waste time in trying to purchase insurance from them when they do not sell it.

Repeated violations from the Professional will result in a “ban” from the site’s use.
